President Bush's address on Iraq (You'll need RealPlayer)

Watching Bush's propaganda exhausts me so much that I'd rather let other people offer the rebuttal this time. Suffice to say that Bush's address is chock full of inaccuracies, misleading statements, and platitudes, as per usual.

Remember the advice to those that are afraid of public speaking, just envision the audience with their pants off wearing goofy underwear. I think Bush envisions his audience as a bunch of 6 year olds and spins things acordingly.

yeah i liked the tank pic too.

Greetings,

There was a video clip of the prez on morning news today as I was going off to work. I don't even know what he was saying but the mear sight of the sick little puppy wagging his finger and leaning over his podium sent my blood into a boil. Not what a frightened old man needs first thing in the day.

I can't watch him on TV. I can barely hear his voice or see his picture without running out of the room screaming. I was in Europe this summer, after I got out of the army, and after a month I accidently caught part of a Bush speech. The room, which was filled with Europeans, looked towards me as the only American for a translation and I just had to shrug at them. It was like listening to Charlie Brown's Texan parents, "whaw whaw whaw." I honestly couldn't understand a single word of it. Wish it had stayed that way.

As a native born Texan, I feel it is my duty to apologize for the fact that the President claims it as his home state and retreats there whenever he needs complete isolation. So sorry America, not all Texans are oil crazed assholes.

Christ, I can't listen to that asshat's voice at all anymore. I mute the radio/tv every time now, and wait for his bloviation to be over.
